SCRAPHAPPYKAT'S ATC'S

Hello Scrappy Friends - I haven't been here for a few days....I've been called in to do 3 weeks of work in Sydney starting next week. Which involves catching the 6:30am train---and if I'm lucky, I'll be home 12 hours later....PLUS I have to work Saturdays 8-1pm. So, July will be gorrrnnnneeee before I can blink. Hence I've spent a couple of days trying to get ahead of my DT commitments for over at SCRAP FRIENDS.
And trying to do some challenges that I can put up when I'm sitting on the train bored outta my brain...at least with my laptop I'll be able to blog & do lots of visiting. Just warning you:):):)
Meanwhile, I did finish the ATC CHALLENGE  over at SCRAPHAPPYKAT'S. I LOVE doing these, but don't always get to them. This month is BOYS & BRADS. Interesting combo, I must say. I've been playing with some PEARL EX that Angela sent me...& have used it here. It's FUN!!!! Also, in my mind, I thought I'd make these so they could be added to a card, to make them useful ATC's...so they're sort of birthday-ish.

 Tried to get it in the light so you can see the lovely shimmer that the Pearl Ex powders give.

Ever heard of Pearl Ex powders? I hadn't [but that's not unusual!]...easy to use. Just use Versamark [as if you're going to Heat Emboss] with your stamp, then brush on the Pearl Ex powder... carefully remove excess with a Blusher brush [I don't 'do' make up, so I'm glad it's come in handy for something:):)]...then 'fix' it with a quick squirt of craft gloss spray. I LOVE the look.
